What we collect

When you submit a request through this site, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, phone number, a description of your plumbing problem, and how urgent it is. If you apply as a contractor partner, we also collect your business name, license number, and email.

How we use it

We share your request details only with a vetted local plumber so they can contact you about the job you described. We do not sell your information to third parties. Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, solely to route your submission to us by email — they are not authorized to use your information for any other purpose.

Text messaging (SMS) privacy

If you opt in to receive text messages from us — for example, as a contractor partner receiving lead alerts — your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent are used only to deliver those messages. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies based on lead volume. Standard message and data rates may apply; reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

Cookies & analytics

This site may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand traffic patterns and improve the site. If enabled, these tools may set cookies or collect device/usage data. They do not access the contents of your form submissions.

Your rights as a California resident

Data retention

We retain lead and application details only as long as needed to make the introduction and for basic record-keeping. Contact us any time to request deletion.
